There is no published design doc from K1ir with frame data. The useful model is behavioral:

• Teleport-adjacent: the killer does not always close distance like a hallway chase.
• Static / disruption: visual or audio noise that makes sitting still feel like a dare.
• Furniture punishment: the same desks that save you from grounded morphs become a waiting room.

Round plan versus teleport pressure
